Special Event Request Form

Are you interested in hosting an event at Mt .Sima?  If so, please complete the Special Event Request Form below so we can review and work with you to deliver the best event possible.

Mt. Sima is interested in being a venue for special events and sees value in providing support towards events. With that said, Mt. Sima will take measures to limit financial risk when supporting an event and may propose a fee for service to Event Organizers.
